National Resource
and Support Center

The One Life Project's National Resource and Support Center is a beacon of hope and assistance for individuals navigating the complexities of mental health challenges. Nestled within a welcoming and nurturing environment, this center serves as a sanctuary for those seeking guidance, understanding, and healing. The heart of our Resource and Support Center lies in its comprehensive range of services, assistance, helplines, and support networks tailored to meet the diverse needs of all people. Furthermore, the center serves as a hub for community engagement and peer support, fostering connections among individuals who share similar experiences and providing a sense of belonging and solidarity. Our center incorporates hundreds of support networks, helplines and educational websites, and various resources to help you in your mental journey. We also have an internal helpline and several support groups across our website and social media pages.

Above all, our Resource and Support Center embodies a commitment to destigmatizing mental illness and promoting a culture of empathy, understanding, and acceptance. It stands as a testament to the belief that every individual deserves access to quality mental health care and the opportunity to lead fulfilling lives.

The One Life Project operates a non-emergency helpline for those navigating the complexities of mental health challenges. We provide a compassionate space where every voice is heard and every individual is valued. Whether you are seeking guidance or support, are struggling with your mental health, are looking for a specific resource, or are advocating for a friend or loved one, our support team would be happy to talk with you.

We offer a judgment-free environment, where individuals can share their stories, seek valuable resources, and receive support from one of our educational advocates. By actively promoting mental health awareness and destigmatizing seeking help, we aim to contribute to a society where everyone feels supported in their mental health journey. Remember, your journey matters, and at the One Life Project, you're never alone.
