    At the One Life Project Store, all sales are final.

    We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you receive is damaged or incorrect.

    If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at shop@projectonelife.org with:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

    Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.
