Volunteering

with the

One Life Project

We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds and skill sets. Opportunities are available in areas such as mental health advocacy, research, education, event planning, social media, marketing, content creation, and community outreach.

Whether you can give a few hours a month or take on a more active role, there is a place for you at the One Life Project. Volunteering with us also provides valuable experience, meaningful connections, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Application Process

Getting started is simple. Begin by completing the volunteer application on our website and sharing a bit about yourself, your interests, and how you’d like to get involved. A resume is optional, but can help us better understand your background.

After submitting your application, a member of our team will reach out to schedule a short phone call to learn more about you and discuss available opportunities. You’ll then be connected with the appropriate department and receive any next steps or training needed to get started.

You are allowed to grow at your own pace. You don’t have to have everything figured out right now,

and you don’t have to be where anyone else is. Your journey is yours, and it matters.
