AMHERST, MA - In 2026, OLP is opening four new offices across Massachusetts: Boston, Salem, Amherst, and Erving. Each location has a unique role within our organization, and together they will form the backbone of our work across New England and beyond.

For nearly a decade, OLP has been powered by volunteers, young leaders, educators, and advocates who believe that no young person should ever feel alone in their struggles. What started as a grassroots initiative has grown into a multi-state movement supporting youth mental health, peer connection, and community advocacy.
These new offices represent more than just buildings. They represent access, stability, collaboration, and the future of youth mental health advocacy in our region.
Boston, Massachusetts
OLP Headquarters
Boston will officially serve as the new Headquarters of the One Life Project, moving from New York City, where we have been located since 2020. This new office will open on May 14th, 2026, at 6pm EST at the One Boston Place Business Center.
As one of the most historic and influential cities in the country, Boston provides the perfect home for OLP’s central leadership and strategic direction. From this location, the organization will coordinate major initiatives, national partnerships, and long-term planning as we enter our second decade.
The Boston headquarters will serve several major functions:
• Organizational leadership and strategy
• Multi-State Regional partnership coordination
• Public policy and advocacy initiatives
• Major campaign development
• Media and communications operations
Our Boston headquarters will also act as a hub for major campaigns like Not Alone, Summer Self-Love, and other awareness initiatives that reach young people across the Northeast.
As OLP continues to grow, the Boston office will help ensure that the organization’s work remains strategic, coordinated, and scalable while still maintaining the grassroots spirit that has defined OLP since day one.
Salem, Massachusetts
New England Regional Office
Just north of Boston, the historic city of Salem will host OLP’s New England Regional Office. This new office will open on May 17th, 2026, at 1pm EST in downtown Salem.
This office will oversee programming, outreach, and partnerships throughout the region, including in the states of Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
The Salem office will support local outreach teams, coordinate regional volunteer leadership, and strengthen partnerships with schools, youth organizations, and mental health advocates throughout New England.
Salem’s location allows OLP to stay closely connected to communities across the region while ensuring that programming reflects the unique needs of young people living in both urban and rural areas.
The regional office will also help organize community events, youth leadership programs, and collaborative initiatives designed to bring people together around mental health awareness and support.
Amherst, Massachusetts
Senior Executive Management Office
In Western Massachusetts, the town of Amherst will become home to OLP’s Senior Executive Management Office. This new office will open on May 15th, 2026, at 8am EST across the street from the UMass Amherst university campus bookstore.
This location will focus on high-level leadership and operational oversight, supporting the organization’s long-term growth and sustainability.
Key functions of the Amherst office will include:
• Senior leadership coordination
• Strategic planning and development
• program design and evaluation• organizational partnerships
• long-term expansion planning
Amherst is a vibrant college town known for its culture of education, activism, and community engagement. Its environment makes it an ideal place for developing new ideas and initiatives that can shape the future direction of OLP.
The office will also serve as a collaborative space where leadership teams can develop new programs, strengthen partnerships, and ensure that the organization continues to grow responsibly and sustainably.
Erving, Massachusetts
Office of the Executive Director
In the quiet community of Erving, OLP will establish the Office of the Executive Director. This new office will open on May 16th, 2026, at 4pm EST on River St at our new offices located in Erving.
This office will serve as the primary workspace for OLP’s founder, Alexander Kovarovic, and executive leadership, supporting day-to-day leadership responsibilities and long-term vision for the organization.
Functions of the Executive Director’s Office will include:
• Executive leadership operations
• organizational decision-making
• strategic initiatives and partnerships
• communications and planning
• oversight of major projects and campaigns
While smaller than some of the other locations, the Erving office will play a critical role in ensuring that the organization remains mission-driven, responsive, and focused on the young people it exists to serve.
It also reflects one of OLP’s core beliefs: meaningful impact doesn’t require being located in a major city. Powerful work can happen anywhere when people care deeply about their communities.
Preparing for a Historic Milestone
Next year marks a moment that once felt impossible.
The One Life Project will celebrate its 10-year anniversary.
What began nearly a decade ago as a small idea; simply trying to help young people feel less alone; has grown into a community of advocates, volunteers, and supporters across multiple states.
Over the past nine years, OLP has:
• Supported thousands of young people through outreach and advocacy
• Built partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and community organizations
• Launched campaigns focused on youth mental health awareness
• Created spaces where young people can talk openly about their struggles
• Inspired a growing network of volunteers committed to helping others
The opening of these new Massachusetts offices represents the next chapter in that journey.
They will allow OLP to strengthen its operations, expand its programs, and deepen its impact across communities that need support now more than ever.
Looking Ahead
The coming year will be one of the most important in OLP’s history.
With new offices opening, new partnerships forming, and our 10-year anniversary approaching, the organization is entering a period of tremendous growth and opportunity.
But one thing remains unchanged.
At its core, the One Life Project still exists for the same reason it always has:
Because somewhere right now, a young person feels like they’re completely alone.
And they deserve to know that they’re not.
As these new offices open their doors across Massachusetts, OLP is preparing for the next decade of work, one focused on expanding hope, strengthening communities, and reminding every young person that their life matters.
Final Note: Along with 4 Massachusetts offices opening this calendar year, new offices in FL, WV, NJ, and PA will also open throughout 2026.
