One Life Project Announces Multi-Office Massachusetts Expansion; New Positions To Open In 2026

BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS — The One Life Project is proud to announce one of the most significant expansions in the organization’s history: the relocation of its headquarters from New York City to Boston and the opening of three additional Massachusetts offices in Amherst, Salem, and Cape Cod.

Beginning August 29, 2026, Massachusetts will become the central home of the One Life Project’s executive leadership, organizational management, educational development, operations, and regional coordination.

Together, the four locations will form OLP’s new Massachusetts State Leadership Campus; a connected, multi-office leadership network designed to provide the organizational foundation needed to move OLP’s mission forward throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.

While much of OLP’s senior leadership and administrative work will now be concentrated in Massachusetts, the organization’s mission and service area will remain regional. OLP will continue supporting communities, building partnerships, developing educational resources, strengthening advocacy efforts, and expanding outreach across multiple states throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.

Massachusetts will serve as the home of OLP’s leadership. The Northeast and Mid-Atlantic will remain the focus of its mission.

A New Headquarters in Boston

On Saturday, August 29, 2026, the One Life Project will officially relocate its headquarters from New York City to Boston, Massachusetts.

The new headquarters will be located at:

The One Life Project — Boston Headquarters

361 Newbury Street, 4th Floor, Boston, MA 02115

The Boston Headquarters will serve as the central administrative and organizational hub of the One Life Project. It will support executive leadership, strategic planning, education, organizational operations, partnerships, advocacy initiatives, and the continued development of OLP programs and resources.

The headquarters will include:

  • An Office of the Senior Executive Director

  • An Executive Management Office

  • An Education Office

  • An Operations Office

These offices will provide dedicated space for senior leadership collaboration, organizational planning, program development, educational initiatives, partnership building, volunteer coordination, communications, and daily operational management.

Boston’s leadership in education, healthcare, nonprofit innovation, youth development, and research makes the city a meaningful home for OLP’s next chapter.

From the Boston Headquarters, the One Life Project will oversee its broader regional structure while continuing to build relationships and initiatives across communities throughout New England, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and the wider Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

The Amherst-area office will serve as a primary Office of the Senior Executive Director and will support executive planning, organizational development, project coordination, leadership meetings, regional partnerships, and major strategic initiatives.

The location also represents an important connection to Western Massachusetts, a region that has played a meaningful role in the educational and organizational journey behind the One Life Project.

The New England Regional Office will allow OLP to build stronger relationships with schools, nonprofits, community organizations, educators, advocates, volunteers, and local leaders throughout the region.

Introducing the Massachusetts State Leadership Campus

Together, the Boston, Amherst-area, Salem, and Cape Cod locations will form the One Life Project’s Massachusetts State Leadership Campus.

Rather than operating as one traditional physical campus, the Massachusetts State Leadership Campus will function as a connected network of offices, each with a distinct organizational purpose:

Boston Headquarters: Executive leadership, education, operations, administration, organizational management, and central coordination.

Amherst-Area Office: Office of the Senior Executive Director, executive planning, project development, partnerships, and Western Massachusetts engagement.

Salem Office: New England regional coordination, community outreach, volunteer engagement, advocacy, and partnership development.

Cape Cod Office: Senior executive management, strategic planning, leadership collaboration, organizational reviews, and long-term development.

This multi-office structure will allow OLP to distribute its leadership responsibilities while maintaining strong communication and coordination among its senior teams.

It will also provide the organization with a stronger foundation for sustainable growth, new partnerships, expanded programming, regional advocacy, and deeper community involvement.

Massachusetts Leadership, Regional Mission

The opening of four Massachusetts offices does not represent a narrowing of OLP’s mission. Instead, it provides a stronger leadership and operational foundation from which the organization can serve a broader region.

The One Life Project will remain a Northeast and Mid-Atlantic organization.

Its regional mission will continue to extend beyond Massachusetts through outreach centers, partner organizations, volunteers, educational initiatives, advocacy campaigns, events, digital resources, and community-based programming in multiple states.

Concentrating executive leadership in Massachusetts will allow OLP to improve coordination, strengthen accountability, develop new programs, expand its volunteer network, and create the infrastructure needed to support communities throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic more effectively.

The Massachusetts State Leadership Campus will be where OLP’s regional work is coordinated—not where its impact ends.

Employment and Volunteer Opportunities Coming Soon

As part of this expansion, the One Life Project is also preparing to announce new employment positions and volunteer opportunities connected to its Massachusetts locations.

Job postings and volunteer applications for the Boston, Amherst, Salem, and Cape Cod offices will be released in the coming weeks.

Opportunities are expected to support areas such as:

  • Education and program development

  • Organizational operations

  • Assistant Regional Director and leadership roles

  • Community outreach

  • Volunteer coordination

  • Regional partnerships

  • Advocacy and awareness initiatives

  • Communications and public engagement

  • Administrative support

  • Event planning

  • Executive and organizational projects

Specific position titles, responsibilities, application requirements, work locations, and timelines will be announced through OLP’s official website and social media platforms.

Individuals interested in joining the One Life Project are encouraged to continue following OLP for official application announcements.

The organization looks forward to welcoming new team members and volunteers who share its commitment to education, advocacy, support, prevention, youth empowerment, and community impact.

Four Offices. Two Days. One New Chapter.

The opening schedule will begin on Saturday, August 29, with the Amherst-area Office of the Senior Executive Director and the new Boston Headquarters.

It will continue on Sunday, August 30, with the opening of the Senior Executive Management Office in Cape Cod and the New England Regional Office in Salem.

Together, these four openings represent a defining moment in The One Life Project’s history.

What began as an idea in 2016 has continued to grow into a volunteer-led organization supported by thousands of individuals who believe in the power of hope, belonging, education, advocacy, and human connection.

This expansion would not be possible without the dedication of OLP’s volunteers, leaders, supporters, community partners, educators, advocates, and members who have helped build the organization over the past decade.

The Massachusetts State Leadership Campus will provide OLP with the space, structure, and leadership capacity needed to continue growing responsibly and serving communities across the region.

This is more than a headquarters relocation.

It is more than the opening of four offices.

It is the beginning of a stronger regional organization—one led from Massachusetts, connected throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, and guided by the belief that every voice matters, every life has value, and no one should ever feel alone.

Welcome to Massachusetts. Welcome to the next chapter of the One Life Project.

The One Life Project: Headquartered in Boston. Serving the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.
